3. Quotes, Payments & Fees

• Quotes: All prices provided are estimates and subject to change until confirmed in writing. Prices may vary due to availability, seasonality, currency fluctuations, or changes imposed by service providers.

• Deposits & Final Payment: A deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due by the agreed deadline. Bookings not paid in full by the due date may be cancelled without notice.

• Payment Methods: We accept payments via secure, authorised payment providers. We do not store full credit card or banking details on our systems.

• Additional Costs: Taxes, surcharges, visa fees, travel insurance, and personal expenses are not included unless explicitly stated in your written confirmation.

4. Cancellations, Refunds & Changes

All bookings are subject to the cancellation, amendment, and refund policies of the relevant service providers. We will assist in processing changes or refunds, but we cannot guarantee reimbursement. Any refund received from suppliers will be passed to you, less any applicable fees charged by the supplier. We do not impose additional administration fees unless agreed in writing.

All bookings and arrangements are subject to the terms, conditions, rules, and limitations of the relevant airlines, hotels, transport companies, and other third‑party service suppliers.

Travel Insurance: We introduce and recommend travel insurance products only as an authorised referrer. We do not issue insurance policies, determine coverage terms, handle claims, or accept any liability for insurance matters. All insurance contracts, coverage, exclusions, and claims are governed exclusively by the terms and conditions of the licensed insurance provider.

6. Responsibilities & Limitations of Liability

• Information Accuracy: We strive to provide accurate and up‑to‑date information; however, details such as schedules, routes, fares, and facilities are subject to change by the service provider. We are not liable for modifications or changes made outside our reasonable control.
